Family Matters & Your Heart

In this journey of life, we forget who we are and eventually come back through the heart of things - the deeper meanings in life - and many of us end up back home with family, old connections, and often with our parents. It is like coming back through an old story as a new character.

To the small mind, this can seem less than ideal and yet to the heart, it’s priceless.

When you truly say “make me an instrument”, many things that happen are no longer about you. Being selfless isn’t sacrificial, it’s freedom and lightness and heart connections with no attachments.

Family carries the specific formulas of duality that we embodied. They can help bring everything to the surface.

Beyond that, when you feel clean and clear, you can be the example & wayshower. You know how to unwind the sticky thoughts, stories, habits, and energy patterns. You have compassion because you’ve been there, and you know how hard it was to move through some of these things.

It is the opportunity for a soul to release all the karmic energy they’ve carried through this earthly dream, which became more like a nightmare when living through the eyes of fear.

If you’ve ever been in a really, really REALLLLY scary, nightmare, how grateful would you be for someone to give you a shake, and say “wake up! It’s OK, it was only a dream! I’m right here! You’re safe!”.

Life has brought me back to be with family or old friendships many times now and for that I am grateful. The small mind would prefer to avoid the depths of these experiences, to live in a tall castle or cabin in the woods, far away from old energy, but my heart grows bigger every time.

The key: be uncompromisingly kind, compassionate, and understanding of others - while simultaneously choosing nothing less than honoring yourself - be honest, direct, and unfiltered - from the heart. Set boundaries when needed & keep walking your walk. It will stretch you in the most magnificent ways.

Stay true to yourself, and infuse everything you touch with the heart of Creator. ✨✨✨
