Mind Chatterbox? Turn Your Dial To Source

1 min read

There is a chatterbox that lives in my head. It could find a problem with just about everything. And when I have no problems, I must be missing something.

Surely there is a list of problems we must get to. To think about. To analyze. As if life is an endless puzzle to be solved. There is no end to its worries and concerns.

When I walk or drive or simply sit with myself, I turn the dial to me: Source.

I become translucent. There are no problems. No past. Nothing else. Just now.

When I ignore the chatterbox for long enough, it becomes quiet… but sometimes the emotions become LOUDER before disappearing altogether.

✨✨✨

You see, when you stop engaging & feeding the chatter, the energy that has been keeping it in motion (E-motion) starts running out.

🚗 💥💥💥

Like a car that keeps running and running, but nobody is putting gas in the tank. And before it dies, sometimes it roars, sputters, and grasps for dear life. It will do everything it can to convince you that it needs more gas.

But you know it’s just the chatterbox looking to fuel its own relentless need to create & solve problems.

And you are ready to experience more peace, better health, and feel great for no reason at all.

This is where we go beyond thinking and into presence. Into feeling. Into breathing. Into being. And into YOUR expression.

You begin to recognize thoughts coming from YOU because they feel light, joyful, loving, clear.

Turn your dial to Source & see for yourself.
