Optimal Health Is Literally A Breath Away
When I relax and breathe, my body becomes incredibly relaxed.
I anchor my awareness in my breath and in my heart, and I begin surfing waves of the subconscious.
I drift in and out of dream images, places, faces, and fragments floating somewhere within my consciousness. My brain waves are going into theta, a state of direct healing. My mind and body are rejuvenating and recalibrating into clarity, harmony, and homeostasis.
This is not sleep exactly. I am aware, but I am not thinking.
I am allowing the deeper layers of my being to move, clear, reorganize, and come back into alignment.
And honestly, I think this is one reason I cannot be bothered to fight with life anymore. When you feel this level of exquisite surrender, you would not give it up for all the money in the world.
Surrender is not giving up. It is not passivity. It is the state of love that says, “I trust myself. I trust life. I do not need to force what is already unfolding.”
The claimed benefits of these deeply restful states are pretty extraordinary: increased dopamine, nervous system regulation, emotional release, greater clarity and creativity, deeper rest, and the brain and body’s natural ability to heal and recalibrate.
I simply call it coming home to yourself.
This is the state I guide people into through Breathe & Feel: a space to stop striving, soften into presence, and allow what is ready to move to move.
The heart is the portal to All That Is. The breath is the way in.
