This complimentary 15 minute consultation is for individuals who are seriously considering embodiment coaching and would like to explore whether we're the right fit. We'll discuss where you are, what you're hoping to create, and whether my approach aligns with your goals. You will receive a Zoom link for our appt. time. I look forward to meeting you!
