The best part about remembering who you are is the experience of the ease, neutrality, love, freedom and total equisite lightness that is inherent.  Discerning what is you vs. what is emotional debris, regardless of it's origin, is the simplest way to allow all energies to realign and serve you into the purest of experience and expression, into a life that is totally benevolent and beyond, into bliss and joy for no reason - because emotional debris is all created from a decision, a judgment, and a reason, along with happiness and sadness... the emotional roller coaster of human experience that is never truly satisfying, but your natural state is to be totally joyful and content without cause, to dance for no reason, and to allow this joy to grow and grow even in the face of emotional energies as you radiate through and beyond it all into your eternal beingness more and more.  Let's amp up the joy and just BE it, because we can!  Namaste
