The truth shall set you free!  As you see the cause and creation of identities and emotional overlays, along with the actions and reactions associated with them, you can ditch the judgment and enjoy watching the show with compassion and humor!  When we are not in judgment, but in clear discernment of what IS, things make sense and are no longer so problamatic, and since you're not judging, you're no longer creating an emotional density to stuff into your beautiful body and create all these odd and uncomfortable disharmonious energies!  You also can have compassion for every part of yourself and everyone else, which is really where the love and enjoyment is at in human life.
