For best results, find a quiet, safe, comfortable place to close your eyes and relax fully.  You will have the opportunity to ask a question or submit a request (via chat or video/audio) before we start the breath and relaxation, but then guests will be muted to allow a quiet relaxing space with minimal background noise or interruption.  You may even enjoy things like headphones, eye mask, soft lighting, heavy blanket, pillows under your knees, warm water bottle on your belly, etc., for creating an environment that feels extra nurturing and supportive.
