An energy journey to embody your true self — and fully receive the gift you are.


In this sacred hour together, you will:


Disengage from the outside world

✨ Expand beyond the mind

✨ Feel the embrace of your Essence

✨ Let old energy patterns demagnetize

✨ Dissolve emotional blockages

✨ Become lighter and clearer in body and mind

✨ Allow energy to realign in your body and world

❤️ Remember and FEEL the love you are


This session is deep energetic work held in a field of presence and intention. Together, we clear out stored emotional energy and make more space for the truth of who you are to shine through. You’ll be guided through breath, body awareness, and whatever intuitive topics arise for the group.



All you need to do is relax, breathe, and feel. Whether you’re fully present or drifting in and out of awareness, the energy works with you. This is where subtle shifts become lasting transformation — as your Creator Self integrates into your everyday life.


What to Expect:


  • Where: Zoom (Live or Replay Access)

  • Option to join with video or audio (guests will be muted after a brief hello)

  • Replay link provided (audio + video)

  • Best experienced in a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax

  • Time: Fridays at 2 PM Central (Chicago)
