This live yoga class is one hour long with emphasis on slow movements connected to the breath, as well as yin poses which go deep within the connective tissue and allow us to release energies and physical tension.  The entire class is done either lying or sitting down, so it is an extra gentle and relaxing class ideal for any time of the day, but would be a nice treat for your body and mind before bed!  Namaste
