Human connection is one of the most fulfilling ways we can experience love, joy, laughter & fulfillment. The most clear, clean, and joyful relationships with others happen naturally when you are ONE within yourself.
Becoming ONE with yourself happens by embracing all of you. You feel rich & full from within. There is no lack, no needing from others, but there are tremendous benefits in connecting - like amplification, fun, joy, love, mutual support, recognition, appreciation, reassurance. It is so special when we come together in a flow of alignment. When you're not attached to anything, you can enjoy everything. Time spent alone to integrate all of you is not about denial of connection with others, it's about the ability to create close relationships.
We go from lack into wholenss by delving into darkness, silence, nothingness, presence to let internal discomfort of every type illuminate it's origins. It is in this surrender, ironically, that you must be strong - strong enough to face and feel what lies under the surface of your conscious mind. You sink into the subconscious realms and review what has been, to erase the barrier of duality, and bring it all back to pure consciousness - to love. The lonely, lost, confused, and scared parts of you were in a loop of emotional energy, searching outwardly for relief.
As the barriers dissolve, you are ONE with all realms & feel connected on a deeper level to all of creation. Loved ones may be miles away, but you can feel their presence with you at any time. Your loved ones who have departed the physical body never left you. You can feel their presence any time you choose, and quite often they come in to embrace you, just as a friend would pick up the phone and call to brighten your day.
St. Germain watches over my shoulder when I work and sometimes steps closer with insight like "You might want to reconsider ____". He often speaks up to remind me not to minimize or undervalue what I offer so openly to the world. What a great friend. All this communion is natural when you realize that you're expanded through the whole universe. This is Source Consciousness. You have access to everything.
I feel closer to my "deceased" friends and family members now, in presence. It was the subconscious barriers that kept us from feeling this close before. Have you ever been close to someone physically, yet felt miles apart? My point is that being "with other people" doesn't take away loneliness, it only temporarily distracts you from the loneliness within. It is by dissolving your inner duality that you feel embraced 24/7 and you are never lonely again.
This deep dive inward to resolve loneliness is not appropriate for everyone, or appropriate all of the time. Life is a dance that includes external support, pleasures and distractions. If you're choosing to integrate your pure & unique expression as Creator, solo journeys inward are necessary. But, connecting with others also helps you arise into more of yourself.
There are times that we simply need a boost, or to feel someone else's light to remind us of our own. I could never have done this journey alone. When I struggled horribly with mental imbalances, it was the support of others that helped me get off meds, get through my days, and get to the point where I could face my aspects, inner children, parallel lives, and all the emotional discomfort.
I became so comfortable in silence and the embrace of presence, that I often prefer my own company to just be with this. It is like any new love affair, you become a bit infatuated with new sensations of love and contentment that you've never felt before. The more you integrate, moments alone become more precious, & relationships become more precious. All relationships flourish.
Every choice, in every moment, for each person, is unique and individual. This is why learning to connect to higher consciousness for clarity is so important. When you hear and speak of anything in life, there are no rules that apply to everyone, all the time. What is appropriate for one may be completely opposite for another. Even for ourselves, we allow what was true yesterday to be wiped clean with every dawn. I am not the same person today as I was yesterday!
There is no One-Size-Fits-All in life, except perhaps LOVE. Love is all inclusive.
Ultimately, you've always been ALL-ONE, alone & together. You're just having the experience of separating yourself and coming back together, but you've never truly left your wholeness. I've spoken to some who worry about "not making it" or having to reincarnate, but never fear - YOU have never been frightened, harmed, split off, etc. You literally have no worries. You've always been and always will be in divine perfection beyond this human form. This dreamlike life will be over in the blink of an eye so I encourage you to enjoy it! Namaste.
